I help senior executives connect the dots to generate business value through novel solutions to meaningful problems. Often times I am found at the center of business, products, and audience / humans. From here, I lead teams through:

- Building the business case,
all to find the BEST path to execute.
Today I lead the Strategy & Innovation practice at Slalom Charlotte, where I was trusted to create the innovation vertical from the ground up. My large team of strategy managers focus on improving people, processes, technologies and data quality across media, QSR/CPG/Consumer, and financial service industries.
My role has me work closely with the senior executives of these clients where I lead the solution process, create executive buy-in, then assign and supervise the delivery from my execution teams.
Architected conference's Horizon 1, 2, and 3 future, focused away from 100% athletics to:
Solutioned loyalty, media and technology ecosystems centered around consumer behavior prediction technologies, 3D extended reality (XR) in-game experiences, robust at-home fan experience, subscription products, and a robust digital wallet/coin system.
Partnered with senior executives, including CTO and Chief Transformation Officer to:
Led cross-functional team of Innovation, Experience Design, Strategy, and Data Science subject matter experts (SME) to reimagine the consumer’s drive-through experience at a global doughnut company, gamifying self checkout through leveraging rich technologies (mobile devices, geospatial, digital twin, and cloud) as the new Point of Sale.
Created the end-to-end design of a consumer digital wallet system for a national C-Store distributor, which connected independent c-store operators to consumers through new loyalty programs which shortened the time to money by almost 10X. This was a category creator.
